Your new Adjustable Bed is covered by a 15-year Limited Warranty.
Each customer is eligible for a 15-year limited warranty on any adjustable bed purchased directly from endy.com. Following your adjustable bed purchase, if you experience a manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty within the time period specified under the “Covered” section, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the size purchased. This includes all components of the product. There is no fee or deductible required. The collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed by Endy at no cost to the customer. If the warranty claim happens during your 30-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement product and the trial will resume upon its delivery.Your Responsibility
The Adjustable Bed warranty covers the original purchaser of the adjustable bed for the term specified, while they are located in Canada. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from endy.com or an Endy authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase.Photos, the lot # (located on the product), and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.What Is Covered in the Warranty
- Years 1-15: Any physical flaw despite normal usage and proper handling on removable metal frame parts including mattress retainer bar, metal legs, metal support beams and hardware.
- Years 1-5: Any physical flaw despite normal usage and proper handling on the outer upholstered frame and headboard, including upholstered footboard, upholstered headboard and upholstered side rails (applies to Upholstered Adjustable Bed only).
- Years 1-2: Any physical flaw despite normal usage and proper handling on all components of the Upholstered Adjustable Bed including motors, cords, control box, base panels and remote controller.
- Any damage resulting from improper handling or misuse, physical abuse or connection to an improper power supply, or by customer’s failing to adhere to the Owner’s Guide provided with the product.
- Unauthorized repair or replacement of the product or any of the parts.
- A slight colour change of the fabric after long-term exposure to light or usage.
- Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by customer or their environment.
- Normal wear and tear as a result of cleaning and normal use.
- Any damage caused if the recommended weight restriction has been exceeded.
- Any issue if modification(s) were made to the product.
- Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery.
- Product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.
- Damage due to jumping, climbing or laying directly on the bed frame without a mattress.
- Damage due to use on an inappropriate surface/placement. The product must be placed directly onto a leveled floor
